Working principle of temperature controller of electric water heater
The temperature controller of electric water heater uses copper metal sheet to make degree contact. Because copper is sensitive to heat expansion and cold contraction, when the temperature does not reach the set value, the copper metal sheet is in a curved shape, and its contact is closed. When the water is heated to the set temperature, the heat of the water will be transmitted to the copper strip on the copper strip in the temperature controller. Because the heat is extended, the contact will be opened to a power-off state. When the temperature drops, the copper strip returns to its original state, making the contact turn on to be electrified and heated.
How to connect the temperature controller of electric water heater
